Hawkeye 360 is the world’s only commercially available space-based radio frequency mapping and analytics provider. The company operates a satellite constellation that currently consists of three clusters of advanced small satellites that monitor radio emissions on the ground to help protect borders, track commercial and illegal maritime activities, survey telecommunication spectrum use, and support emergency response teams in the aftermath of a disaster.

Hawkeye 360 offers several software and data products that meet a variety of user needs. It’s RFGeo platform provides signal mapping data sets to help users identify and geolocate radio signals of interest, its RFMosaic tool visualizes radio signal density across specified regions, and its SEAker platform improves maritime awareness by enabling the identification and tracking of vessels engaged in suspicious behavior. Hawkeye 360 has opened a new data frontier by combining cutting-edge space technologies with radio frequency analysis techniques to provide a global perspective on an invisible world.

Progress

Elroy Air has built a successful prototype of its electric vertical takeoff and landing aerial platform and has attracted a lot of attention in the public and private sectors. It has secured more than $100 million in pre-orders through Letters of Intent with customers in logistics-intensive industries such as oil and gas and regional air cargo, and recently inked a contract with the US Air Force. Elroy Air has also created a partnership with EmbraerX for development and certification, and is working with NASA to develop protocols for safely integrating autonomous cargo aircraft into US airspace.
